Description & Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Enrichment Specialist to join our team. This critical role involves managing and enhancing our data enrichment processes using tools like HG Insights, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, and more. The role will ensure accurate and comprehensive firmographic and technographic data are imported into Salesforce account records, supporting our marketing, go-to-market, and sales operations and collaborating with our business analysts and our Salesforce.com product owner. This position requires strong strategic thinking and planning and decision making for account enrichment strategies as well as cross-functional collaboration, relationship building across Infor stakeholders in data enrichment, for example, Marketing and Industry Strategists as well as vendor management to drive data quality and strategic insights for our sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Data Management: Oversee the integration and upkeep of data from various enrichment tools (HG Insights, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.) to Salesforce, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement solutions that enhance account records.

·       Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for data enrichment processes, striving to improve efficiency and accuracy.

·       Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and validations of the data in Salesforce to ensure high-quality firmographic and technographic information.

·       Reporting: Coordinating with the Sales Technology Team to generate and present reports on data enrichment activities and their impact on sales and marketing effectiveness.

·       Training & Support: Provide training and support to teams on how to leverage enriched data effectively within Salesforce. 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

·       Experience with data enrichment tools such as HG Insights, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet.

·       Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of its data structures.

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Strong background experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

·       Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Pardot, Lean data and Demand base.

·       Prior experience in a B2B sales environment.
