Description & Requirements

The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for developing and supporting all but the most complex application programs using various programming languages, technologies and development tools. He/She will provide basic technical application guidance and support to various internal customers including but not limited to other application development teams, support engineers and business consultants.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes
  • Performs design, implementation and maintenance of products while complying with SDLC processes and coding standards
  • Performs system administration and performance troubleshooting in development and customer environments
  • Provides product release support.
  • Performs maintenance and enhancement of existing product modules.
  • Prepares program documentation of product components.
  • Ensures products conform to design or usability requirements
  • Conducts peer review, impact analysis of code changes, root cause analysis and other standard processes in the SDLC.
  • Handles regulatory compliance maintenance

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Internship experience in development of new programs or significantly large feature or enhancements, maintenance and involvement on database design/structure changes
  • Can write clean code using Java and understanding of OOP Concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and interpret technical plans/designs
  • Strong communications in verbal and written format

  • Experience in Spring or Springboot Framework
