Description & Requirements

The Solution Architect provides sales support and delivery leadership across the Customer engagement lifecycle, leveraging Industry and Implementation best practices, enabling Customer Success through the delivery of end-to-end solution designs that realize intended business outcomes and value. 

Essential Duties
  • Provide solution architecture expertise in the Sales Process, leading Infor Engage phase as appropriate. Assessing the process catalogue fit and providing input to the industry solution score. 
  • Ensuring the solution scope and end-to-end architecture design are fully aligned with the Customer’s business outcomes and roadmap. 
  • Support the innovation adoption/digital transformation agenda by successfully identifying use cases & driving demand for Infor platform technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement of methods, industry best practices, processes and solutions / products 
  • Best Practice knowledge sharing and active participation in relevant Industry Communities of Practice 
  • Continually drive own Personal Development journey through both enablement programs (inc. SA Academy) and through experience 
Basic Qualifications 
  • 5 years of relevant project delivery experience as an ERP consultant. 
  • 2-3 years of relevant ERP solution architecture or ERP lead consultant experience across process, data, application and technology. 
  • Advanced knowledge of a structured Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect framework, methodology and practices. 
  • Proven ability to design and lead as a solution architect across process, data, application and technology simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English required
  • Project experiences working with a global members communicating in English.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Obtained EA-related qualifications/certifications such as TOGAF
  • Experience in ERP project management in a vendor environment is preferred 
  • Excellent people skills to lead and manage the Infor solution architect, consultant and the customer stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities.
