Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager to join our Americas demand generation organization, specifically supporting marketing initiatives for our Americas Manufacturing SMB & Channel business. This role is critical in reaching the marketing pipeline goals set by Infor, aligned to the sales revenue targets. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, business development, strategy, global marketing, and our channel partners to execute industry-specific integrated marketing programs for new business and expanded business within our customer base. The ideal candidate will have B2B channel marketing and SMB marketing experience in the IT industry and persona-based buyer journey and multi-channel demand generation experience to drive marketing generated pipeline aligned to the growth targets by industry and in focus accounts.

A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Lead additional SMB and Channel Marketing strategic projects as business needs arise.
  • Experience reporting on marketing funnel metrics, providing regular leadership updates.
  • Collaborate on strategy and implement events for lead acquisition.
  • Produce connected end-to-end plans around marketing events to drive pre-event, event, and post-event executions to maximize pipeline creation impact from these investments.
  • Build and own integrated SMB demand programs by engaging and educating our key buying personas while accelerating demand and brand recognition.
  • Execution of marketing plan and channel partner enablement priorities.
  • Responsible for end-to-end conceptualization and execution of the SMB marketing plan, inclusive of plan for marketing to, through and with key channel partners.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience managing full mix multi-channel buyer-journey marketing campaigns to drive awareness and commercial outcomes.
  • Industry demand generation marketing experience in one or more key industries – industrial manufacturing, auto, aerospace & defense, distribution, food & beverage.
  • Experience in leading direct and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing lead generation campaigns, including events, from conception to completion. 
  • Experience with multi-channel B2B software marketing experience, gained within enterprise-level software (ideally SaaS) technology industries.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce, DOMO, Demandbase experience.
  • Budget and project management experience.
