Sales leader for the Thailand & VN market. Senior and experienced manager who is able to manage 3-4 sales people + the respective functional / supporting members to:

Essential Duties
  • Managing 3-4 sales people direct report
  • Team lead Role - Carrying own sales quota until proven
  • Grow SAAS business 
  • Increase net new logo acquisition 
  • Provide leadership in both direct and channel business 
  • Expand our business beyond our existing install base with new logo and partners
  • Run Sales cadence with the team, provide forecast accuracy, manage and execute sales methodology (MEDDPICC, MAP, Salesforce), Lead sales play
  • Work closely and provide leadership to cross-functional teams such as presales, services, marketing, renewals, finance
  • Provide leadership and presence for Thailand & Vietnam

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Sales Experience in Software
  • Preferably +3 years min of Sales Management having direct reports
  • SAAS background preferred
  • Solid understanding of direct, enterprise, mid-market and channel business
  • Proven capability to open markets, drive net new acquisitions, protect install-base
  • Proven capability in handling cloud-based revenue growth across Thailand & Vietnam
