Designs & develops learning products to support the use of Infor software for internal and external learners. Effective training improves customer satisfaction & retention by enabling successful use of Infor products. This a remote work position based in Manila with no travel requirement.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and acquire product content and knowledge through active listening and source material review
• Understand, organize, and integrate this product information to design and develop effective and engaging learning assets
• Design course and lesson content and flow
• Write learning content using a variety of course authoring tools
• Learn and develop additional skills as needed, including new tools, new design approaches, etc.
• Complete administrative work such as updating Jira stories, submitting courses to the LMS, scheduling reviews, etc.

• English language fluency (spoken and written)
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand and synthesize complex information to develop effective learning assets
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools and applications quickly and effectively
• High organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
• Flexibility to overlap work hours with US business hours to succeed in a virtual global team environment

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Demonstrated success using eLearning authoring tools
• Experience in developing software application training
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/LLAMA principles
