Infor is seeking an experienced and innovative Team Lead to join our Infor Cloud Tools and Services team. This role will be pivotal in guiding a team of talented software engineers. The successful candidate will focus on securing and automating our cloud-based applications and ensuring compliance with AWS GovCloud requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure and automated cloud-based applications.
• Ensure the team’s work meets the compliance and regulatory standards specific to AWS GovCloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, employing best practices in DevOps, security, and automation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance on complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and share insights with the team to promote innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role within cloud computing environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS, specifically AWS GovCloud, and a deep understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as Terraform, Kubernetes, or Ansible.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and delivering software solutions on time and within scope.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
