Infor is looking to hire highly driven, competitive, and intelligent people to join our Inside Sales team as a Digital Sales Representative, Associate. The purpose of this role is to develop and strengthen relationships between Infor and our valued customers within an assigned territory. Candidates will be responsible for achieving revenue goals on a continuous basis by becoming a trusted and credible partner to our customers, generating pipeline, and effectively prospecting into target accounts, and closing business. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Leverage multi-channel communication (phone, email, social, etc.) to engage with customers and articulate value on a daily basis.
- Act as the leader and owner of the account and their relationship with Infor.
- Uncover, qualify, and close strategic revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Research, question and listen to our customers to fully understand needs and present solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Develop and accelerate strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within your accounts.
- Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and CRM updates.
- Assist customers in the transition to cloud products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales in the Food Service industry.
- Experience presenting technical or functional solutions to customers.
- Experience managing concurrent sales cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a team sales environment.
- ERP experience.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
