Description & Requirements

Infor is looking for an AI & Data Program Lead who will be responsible for driving initiative framing, prioritization and triage through close partnership with the Infor AI Council. You will be Co-leading structured working sessions with capability teams to clarify scope, feasibility, and expected outcomes. You will drive consistency and efficiency by applying playbooks that guide initiatives through each phase, from exploration to pilot and scaling. Initiative Reporting & Data Quality. Consolidate initiative data across functions to improve visibility and reduce duplication.

A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Build and maintain reporting on initiative status, platform utilization, and business impact.
  • Identify gaps in data quality and work with IT and capability teams to resolve them.
  • Track AI-related efforts across the enterprise 
  • Implement and support a structured intake and triage process.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to develop and execute program roadmaps, clearly outlining milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Analytical skills with experience building executive-ready reporting and surfacing insights that inform prioritization.
  • Power BI and Excel experience.
  • Experience building and managing solutions using Power Apps (including forms) and Power Automate.  
  • Skilled in using SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages to support data workflows and reporting.
  • Understanding of data management best practices and basic architectural decisions.
  • Proficiency with typical data analysis techniques.
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing transformation workshop materials that help align stakeholders around transformation initiative scope, metrics, and decision points.
  • Experience with AI enablement / transformation for the software industry.
  • Portfolio or program management experience in a lean, federated model.
  • Applied understanding of statistics to support data interpretation.
