Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Migration Lead to oversee and manage data
migration projects within Infor M3, Infor LN, and Infor FSM environments. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing client requirements,
implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role involves managing
multiple projects, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project timelines are met
while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
● Project Leadership & Management:
○ Lead and manage multiple data migration projects targeting Infor M3, Infor LN, or
Infor FSM systems.
○ Own the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring successful delivery from
requirement gathering to post-migration validation.
○ Ensure that the team is aligned with the project objectives and timelines while
providing guidance on technical and functional tasks.
● Team Coordination & Task Management:
○ Break down complex migration tasks and communicate them to your team with
clear instructions and deadlines.
○ Manage and maintain the JIRA board, create and track tickets, and ensure that
the team is progressing according to plan.
○ Monitor the status of team deliverables, perform regular status checks, and
adjust timelines or resources as needed to keep the project on track.
● Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:
○ Act as the main point of contact for clients to gather project requirements, clarify
scope, and address any concerns or questions.
○ Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and guide your team in
delivering the required solutions.
○ Provide ongoing communication to stakeholders regarding the progress of
projects, risks, and any potential issues related to timelines or deliverables.
● Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
○ Proactively identify potential risks or delays in the project lifecycle due to
changes in delivery timelines or scope.
○ Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to find solutions and resolve issues
before they impact project timelines or quality.
○ Anticipate and mitigate data migration challenges such as data quality issues,
system integration conflicts, or process bottlenecks.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with other teams (development, testing, QA, etc.) to ensure
alignment across project deliverables.
○ Share knowledge and best practices with cross-functional teams and assist
other departments when required.
○ Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that data migration requirements
are accurately met and test scenarios are effectively executed.
● Stakeholder Communication:
○ Provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders,
including progress reports, timelines, and any escalated risks or issues.
○ Ensure all key stakeholders are well-informed throughout the project lifecycle,
maintaining transparency and trust.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Experience:
○ 4+ years of experience in leading data migration projects, preferably in ERP
systems such as Infor M3, Infor LN, or Infor FSM.
○ Strong experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
○ Proven experience in handling client communication and gathering functional
and technical requirements.
● Technical Expertise:
○ Familiarity with data migration tools, processes, and best practices.
○ Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Infor M3, Infor LN, or Infor
FSM.
○ Experience with JIRA or other project management tools to track progress and
manage tasks.
● Project Management Skills:
○ Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
○ Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
○ Ability to foresee potential issues and risks and take proactive measures to
prevent or mitigate them.
● Communication & Collaboration:
○ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
○ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
● Problem-Solving:
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex
issues and provide innovative solutions.
○ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges during
project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Infor M3, Infor LN, or Infor FSM platforms in a migration context.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira project management best practices.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
