The Channels and Alliances Manager will generate Partner Recruitment pipeline to partner with ecosystem in LATAM. They will also facilitate new Partner orientation and enablement, assuring that LATAM Partners are aligned with Infor GTM. You will be responsible for finding and enabling our Partners for the right products in our Geomodel.

  

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Identify Partner Recruitment target sources.
  • Initiate initial contact and qualification.
  • Research and identify new strategic large Partners.
  • Ownership on the onboarding of new Partners and coaching/enabling through the life cycle. 
  • Facilitate new Partner orientation into Infor Partner Networking.
  • Guide new Partners through enablement growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective partners.
  • Help new Partners create Business plans that are achievable.
  • Organize and own Partner events.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demand generation experience.
  • Business Development/Software sales and/or Franchise sales experience.
  • Ability to negotiate partner agreements.
  • Willingness to understand how to drive business and marketing through the partner ecosystem.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with business owners with ability to deliver sales presentations.
  • Organized and able to manage a large pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Proficiency in English.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Partner recruitment/program experience.
  • Experience related to Discrete Manufacturing, Distribution and/or Retail Industry.
  • Experience in business development, sales, customer success, marketing, or management consulting.
