描述和要求

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deploy and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Knowledge on automation scripts and tools for provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining cloud resources.
• Implement best practices for security, reliability, and scalability in the cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of IIS configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Handson exp with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory
• Install, configure, and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS) on Windows servers.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues related to IIS and Windows Server.
• Manage and maintain web applications hosted on IIS.
• Implement security best practices for IIS and Windows servers.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of web services and applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to server emergencies.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge on AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Poweshell, Python, Java, Ruby).
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
• Quick Learner & Self-Starter
• Effective Time Management.
• Must be flexible and able to work varying / additional hours during busy periods.
