Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency.
Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators.
The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods in the area of product lifecycle management (PLM). The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver PLM product training
  • Configuration of PLM
  • Prepare configuration documentation
  • Prepare migration strategy plans
  • Develop custom extension specifications
  • Assist in implementing and testing custom extensions
  • Develop and conduct test plans
  • Develop training and cutover plans
  • Provide support to clients from kick-off to post go-live
  • Prepare weekly trip reports / progress reports
  • Maintain and execute issue logs, action logs, risk logs
  • Attend weekly update calls with each client
  • Maintain a positive professional demeanor

Key Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 + years general experience
  • Fluent written and spoken French & English is mandatory (additional Spanish or Italian is a plus)
  • Functional and technical experience with PLM for Process (Optiva) recommended
  • Experience in SQL scripting is a plus
  • Formal customer facing consulting experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
