As a Healthcare Delivery Executive at Infor you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of large, global Healthcare projects, including co-development projects involving on-premise, hybrid and cloud delivery models.  The Delivery Executive owns the project relationship and is the liaison between the company and client to ensure that all targets and requirements are met, including all project milestones and budgets.  Delivery Executives communicate and interact at the executive level, as well as up and down the value chain of the customer organization, including navigating tough conversations and challenging personalities with integrity, respect, and a blend of firmness and flexibility that creates a positive working environment while aligning with company policies and goals. 

 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Project Management/Program Management: Oversee a portfolio of software implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT personnel within customer organizations to drive value delivery, user adoption, and project success.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to sell high-quality services projects. This includes estimating, scoping, pricing, phasing projects, and drafting statements of work.
  • Executive Communication: Participate in and deliver steering committee and other executive updates and communications. Support key project management deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in evolving our solution delivery process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, and coach a team of project managers to build and sustain a high-performing team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Refine and monitor Professional Services KPIs, including utilization, services revenue, services sales, and profit margin metrics to assess the success of project teams and individuals.
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering complex professional services engagements (7-8 solutions), involving on-premise, cloud, and on-prem to cloud delivery models for an enterprise ERP software company or a systems integration consultancy firm. 
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager overseeing a portfolio of ERP software implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies, such as Sprint Planning, Scrum Management, Epic/Feature work break-downs, Story-Pointing, Velocity Tracking, Burn-downs/Burn-ups, etc. 
  • Experience collaborating in the sale process of services projects. This includes estimating, scoping, pricing, phasing projects, and drafting statements of work.
  • Experience managing global custom and/or co-development projects and ability to simultaneously manage multiple functions, projects, priorities and time pressure.
  • P&L experience related to programs and projects.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% and legally authorized to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building relationships with customer executives and colleagues. 
  • Experience negotiating contracts, agreements, and partnership deals.
  • Experience Negotiated with C-suite executives and international vendors.
  • Experience working with legal, finance, and operations teams during contract negotiations.
  • Leadership experience hiring, retaining, motivating, and coaching a team of Project Managers.
