Business Analyst with HCM Domain Experience is responsible for leading the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business and functional requirements.

The Business Analyst must have hands on and strong knowledge on HCM and its modules (Core GHR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll etc.), he will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify process improvements, while also translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, as well as a deep and strong understanding of HCM processes and modules.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MBA or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, with an expertise on HCM (Human Capital Management) application (Core GHR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll etc.)
  • Experience writing user stories and requirements documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced Business Analyst with Strong knowledge and Hands on of HCM application processes and modules (Core GHR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Domain knowledge/Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics/Reporting
  • Experience on Analytics Tool such as Birst, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
  • Functional Design and experience of working with Agile methodologies (product development)
  • Worked on at least one complete end to end implementation project in HCM product.
  • Experience in Infor HR Talent Application is a Plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Elicitation: Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and make recommendations for solution design.
  • Requirements Documentation: Document business and functional requirements in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Requirements Management: Manage the requirements backlog, ensuring that all requirements are prioritized, tracked, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure that their requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and testable user stories that can be used to guide the development of software solutions.
  • Requirements Workshops: Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are well understood and accurately captured.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure that the solution design meets business requirements.
  • Testing: Support the testing team by providing detailed functional and business requirements, ensuring that all requirements are adequately tested before deployment.
  • Business Process Reengineering: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the reengineering of business processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
