描述和要求

The intern position of associate scientist in the cloud operations machine learning team would utilize programming in python, advanced mathematics, knowledge of AWS cloud environment and knowledge of data science, statistics and machine learning to analyze data and code solutions for automatic analysis.

Essential Duties:

Run queries to collect data
Clean and filter data
Create Data visualizations
Understand business problems and create solutions following a quantitative and programmatic approach
Write clean and functional python code
Research and create machine learning based proof of concept solutions
Present research results in power point slides to stake holders

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (or in progress) for Mathematics, Science (Physics, Engineering, Etc), Computer Science, Econometrics or other similar applied mathematics.
Experience programming in one of the following languages( python, java, C, C , rust, go, etc.)
Interest in data science/machine learning

Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate/Advanced Programming skills
Python Experience
Cloud Experience (Preferably AWS)
Knowledge of statistics
Experience with SQL
Experience with Time Series Data Analysis
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science programming libraries
Knowledge of Pandas python library
Experience with data visualization (plotly or matplotlib)
