The Director of Customer Success is a senior-level position focused on Infor’s CloudSuite Financial solutions for the services industry. The Customer Success Director possesses deep expertise in these solutions, offering industry and solution knowledge to Infor customers. They work closely with stakeholders to uncover strategic objectives and business opportunities, leading to solution adoption and creating programs that drive adoption and remediation in the customer base, increasing customer satisfaction.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

As a key member of the Customer Success team, the Director collaborates with sales, product marketing, product management, development, and services, and non-Infor consulting partners to deliver knowledge and programs that align with the solution strategy increasing customer satisfaction.
The role is responsible for supporting the Customer Success team through activities such as product overviews, solution demonstrations, roadmap discussions, customer remediation efforts, and follow-up discussions. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the product, services, support, and customer success teams, leading the creation of both remediation and adoption programs, which will increase customer satisfaction and references.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with CloudSuite Finance solution functionality, implementation experience, and expertise as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. Experience in solutions and be able to handle customer objections.
Program management experience and a finance and/or accounting background within the services industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Infor CloudSuite Healthcare Finance and a background in pre-sales or solution consulting for enterprise software.
Experience presenting to C-level audiences and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels while being able to effectively present and share the solution value proposition.
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or Accounting being a plus.
Experience in CloudSuite Finance and Lawson V10, how various software solutions integrate for a complete package, and manage multiple programs.
