We are currently hiring a Global MES Solution Consulting Leader with proven Pre Sales/Solution Consulting leadership experience in enterprise software, with a focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).  Your mission will be to build upon and own the MES Pre Sales strategy. Coaching and expanding the existing global MES Pre Sales team to help meet the rapidly growing demand for the Infor MES product.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

You will have the autonomy to lead the Pre Sales team to success, working closely with the licence sales, service sales, marketing, enablement, services and product teams. Driving how we best position and demonstrate the value of the Infor MES product to our potential customers and enabling a seamless handover to the services team.

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the global pre-sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
  • Scale and nurture a pre-sales team with a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify and progress opportunities.
  • Assign opportunities to pre-sales team members and support them through the stages as an escalation point.
  • Supporting the assigned team member as the trusted advisor to customers on large scale opportunities, gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and how we can help.
  • Stay updated on the MES product and the evolving Infor product landscape, positioning complementary applications effectively.
  • Work with the product team on gaps to further enhance the offering.
  • Showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solution.
  • Drive demand-generation activities to raise awareness of Infor MES, working closely with other departments collaboratively.
  • Provide relevant support at marketing events and conferences, including presenting and leading round table discussions.
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers on-site, valuing face-to-face interactions for building strong customer relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership track record in pre-sales for enterprise software in the MES/MOM space
  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in driving digital transformation initiatives. Bonus marks for experience working with customers in F&B, Packaging, Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing industries.
  • Experience scaling high-performing pre-sales teams, building a strong team culture, and doing the right thing for customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to rapidly build strong trusted relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • A history of collaborating with related teams (such as marketing, product and services) in a creative and thoughtful way.
  • Adept at understanding customer challenges, and complex processes and situations.
  • Ability to think strategically out-of-the-box, and consider the bigger picture, and identify market trends.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences at different levels.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and committed to making a significant impact in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional languages is a bonus.
