As a key member of the program team you will be responsible for ensuring our delivery teams are successful throughout the project lifecycle.  You will support teams delivering projects through the Time to Value delivery approach including Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project and other relevant tools. 

You will ensure the project is setup for success, and through collaboration throughout the lifecycle help ensure the project team is successful and Time to Value goals achieved.

Essential Duties:
• Responsible for the enablement of project teams on the Time to Value delivery approach, Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Project as part of the initial project startup activities.
• Responsible for the tailoring of ADO according to project team needs.
• Under limited supervision lead ADO office hours and support ongoing projects on Azure DevOps (ADO) and other key processes.
• Collaborate with the Time to Value measurement team to provide information and data for project performance and executive leadership reporting.
• Provide all necessary supervision and support to more junior members of the team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Highly experienced in various project delivery methodologies and approaches.
• Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project and project management.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly-changing environment.
• Ability to travel to customer location if needed.
• Change management and transformation projects experience.
• Local language and cultural awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (ex. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).
