The Cloud System Engineer Associate is in charge of Cloud Operations delivery. This role primarily involves maintaining applications and the technical environment including but not limited to troubleshooting application and technical issues, applying configuration changes, patching and data copies.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Btech/MCA) in Computer Science or related field or equivalent business experience.
1-3 year’s experience in an organization with a high availability 24x7, mission critical operations environment
System administration experience Windows/Linux (IIS/JBoss)
Administration experience in Cloud Computing (Amazon Web Services).
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document environment changes, automation work and be able to communicate to stakeholders.
Experience with Application Support for ERP and Workflow engines a must
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and, change work direction and priorities effectively as required
Driven, energetic, and an eager to learn individual who is looking to grow their career

Essential Duties:
This position operates in a 24x5x365 environment.
Execute scheduled tasks within target service and quality level agreement. 
Work closely with other teams to accomplish customer requests/resolve issues and deliver projects.
Complete training requirements based on career development plan and assists in the development and training of others.
Triage and apply common processes to day-to-day activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Infor applications will be given significant consideration.
AWS certification would be an added advantage
Scripting knowledge on Phyton and Powershell etc., Ability to write automation code in a common scripting language, such as PowerShell, Perl or Python, including experience in AWS SDKs 
Working knowledge of technology including but not limited to IIS/Tomcat, Active Directory, databases and operating systems
History with customer service related positions or experiences would be added advantage.
