We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for working directly with our clients to reconcile open account balances in the system.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Contact customers to gather information related to the payment and resolution of account receivables.
  • Use analytical skills to assess, escalate, and report accounts or account issues.
  • Prepare account receivable documentation and reports.
  • Document quality information that details customer communications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills:
  • Previous experience in collections.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (specifically pivot tables and vlookups).
