Infor is an enterprise SaaS provider, is actively looking for a Business Analyst to join our expanding team focused on managing mission critical Development and Production systems. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business processes and system requirements to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance specifically within the FSM Financial Management.

 

Responsibilities:

Business Analysts are the owners of a specific feature or software module that has been approved and assigned by the product manager.  You are responsible for research, documentation, and presentations to product teams that outline how the approved feature will benefit the product and/or satisfy the customer request.

  • Participates in the development planning for the team.
  • Ensures that product designs successfully fulfil the needs that are defined in the business requirements.
  • Responsible to provide designs and input on coding, quality, and implementation considerations throughout the development lifecycle.
  •  Review and contribute to product release documentations such as Configuration Guide and integration Guide. 
  •  Product maintenance and support activities.
  •  Investigate, validate and prioritize resolution of reported bugs.
  •  Carry out different types of testing such as integration testing, functional testing, regression testing and smoke testing of new development work as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  •  CA/CMA/Bachelor's Degree / MBA / MCA
  •  Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
  •  Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  •  Ability to work independently and with others
  •  Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
