This role is a combination of development and infrastructure/server maintenance support. We are seeking a candidate, preferably a developer, with experience in AWS Cloud Services like EC2 and S3. We’re looking for someone with a drive to automate processes, continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

What You Will Need?
(Basic Qualification)
o Technical and Functional Skills
  • Automation experience with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency (flexible on tools and languages)
  • Preferred experience with AWS Cloud Services like EC2 and S3
  • Programming and scripting skills in Java, Perl, Python, and Linux
  • Willingness to learn and work with a proprietary language as needed
  • Amendable to report onsite at least once a week, work on weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Open to candidates with at least 1 yr. relevant experience.

o Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving
  • Flexible, self-taught, passionate about quality and product excellence

What Will Put You Ahead?
(Nice to have skills)
  • Background with ERP system or if not ERP at least with Supply Chain and Financial Process
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Must be familiar with Agile software development methodology
  • Knowledgeable in JIRA or other similar technologies

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:
  • Ensure to provide prompt assistance for issues raised in Infra Help Desk
  • Ensure Servers have the correct builds installed
  • Ensure Servers have the correct data setup
  • Ensure to follow schedule of Server Updates
  • Provide timely status updates
  • Improve DMF processes by seeking opportunities to automate tasks
  • Ensure Customer data is kept secured
  • Collaborating across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
