Our Infor Managed Services (IMS) consultants provides break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.

Infor Managed Services (IMS) team is looking for Consultants with in-depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental (ESM&R), Supply Chain Management. If hired, you will be responsible for ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide.

 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

As a Consultant for Infor M3, you will oversee, and attend incidents related to the ERP usage, mismatches and processes implementation raised by the Customer in our internal portal. Training in our Infor University is offered and supported by our internal team to daily:

  • Support Product customizations and consulting-training consulting/training activities.
  • Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor M3 (and related).
  • Understand and analyze our customers’ requirements by troubleshoot the reported changes on applications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Functional ERP experience in (Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing modules).
  • Experience in either support, development, implementation of ERP software solutions or as an “End-User” of any ERP software such as Infor M3, Syteline, Netsuite, Infor Lawson S3, Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards, among others.
  • Customer Management.
  • Process documentation skills.
  • Used to self-train on educational portals.
  • Self-driven.
  • Full proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proactive to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
