Are you interested in working in a highly international team where you’ll gain insight into logistics activities across different industries? Would you like to understand how IT systems help improve speed and accuracy when managing warehouses, planning transport, and executing distribution?

Come and join our team to help shape the future of industry enterprise cloud applications. We are looking for a newly graduated talent to join our Supply Chain Execution team as a Development Business Analyst.

Our product delivers rich, industry-specific functionality to meet the needs of companies in sectors such as chemical, distribution, equipment, fashion, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing.

Based in our modern Kista office north of Stockholm, you will work alongside a talented and international team with diverse skills, ranging from application experts to associate product developers. Our team members are driven and friendly colleagues, all working towards the common goal of delivering high-quality new functionalities in a Cloud environment.

You will gradually gain an understanding of the architecture of a large-scale and complex system, and learn about business practices across different industries, while creating technical solutions to address those realities. You will also gain experience in system design, quality assurance, and test automation.

We believe in learning by doing, so we will support you as you get up to speed. We are humble, yet result-oriented, team players, and we hope you are too.

Your focus will be on designing new functions and features, as well as maintaining existing ones. The role also involves analysis, testing, and documentation, working closely with skilled software engineers.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Solution analysis and design for new functionality, as well as improvement of existing business functionality.
  • Working through the entire system development lifecycle, from initial design to an executable feature.
  • Assisting and guiding colleagues with functional knowledge within your area of expertise.
  • Sharing ideas with fellow business analysts, collaborating with programmers, and discussing new requirements with product managers.

What You Will Need:

We are looking for a colleague with an interest in development work, who is passionate about finding solutions and helping customers succeed. Prior experience in specific systems is valuable but not required. The most important things we’re looking for are:

  • An academic degree in business engineering, systems science, or a related field.
  • The ability to creatively address large, complex problems with detailed, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A genuine interest in learning about coding, even if it’s not your area of expertise.

What Will Put You Ahead:

While not required, experience or knowledge in the following areas is a plus:

  • Database management.
  • ERP systems (experience with any system is helpful).
  • Logistics software or experience working in a distribution facility or larger warehouse.
  • General programming knowledge or the ability to read and understand code.
