We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst who will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical implementation, specifically in the integration of various systems. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of system integration, connectivity solutions, and regulatory standards. The candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and technical requirements for connectivity solutions deployed across multiple countries.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: You'll gather and analyze complex business and technical requirements for connectivity solutions, ensuring they align with project goals and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design effective solutions. Identify explicit and implicit requirements and help define project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Requirements Documentation: You'll outline the high-level business needs and objectives, detail the specific functionalities that the system or application must have, and specify the technical aspects and constraints of the solution.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for all changes you are responsible for, having a deep understanding of the why, what, and how.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Facilitate communication between business users and the development team.
- Analysis and Translation: Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Team Participation: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Monitoring: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, system integration, or connectivity development.
- Experience with APIs, web services, data mapping, and document exchange (EDI, XML, JSON).
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to digital data exchange.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of working with diverse international teams.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
