The Infor Consulting Services Organization is looking for outstanding Senior Integration Consultant (m/f/d) to work with Infor M3 clients across the DACH region.

The Senior Integration Consultant can understand customer business drivers and current IT environment. The Senior Integration Consultant ensures solution feasibility and proposes a roadmap to realize the solution.

The Senior Integration Consultant is operating across multiple solution domains utilizing their broad knowledge of the Infor solution portfolio to identify the components required to construct the most appropriate solution for the customer. The Sr. Consultant is typically engaged full time as part of the project delivery structure and has experience in one or more industry segments such as Retail, Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing, Food and Beverage or Enterprise Asset Management.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Acts as an expert and evangelist in Infor Applications and Technology
• Provide technical consultative guidance and assistance directly to users in a professional and organized manner, using detailed technical knowledge in accordance with Infor’s implementation methodology
• Knowledge of one or more Industry sectors and is able to present solutions in an Industry context.
• Ability to decompose large complex problems into manageable pieces allowing communication on both business and technical levels.
• Skilled at presenting to C-level audiences focusing on demonstrating the business value of solutions rather than technical detail.
• Knowledge and experience in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools.
• Knowledge of the important standards for business processes, information models and architectural models generally applied in an industry.
• Maintains awareness of IT Industry architecture frameworks and approaches.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of business drivers & typical customer needs within an industry.
• Designs, develops, documents, and delivers solution architectures that meet client needs.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with customer throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Actively ensures that design/development standards are upheld.

What You Will Need:

• Implementation experience across all business process areas of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement; or Manufacturing and Planning; or Customer Sales, Management; or Service and Rental.
• Experience of Oracle or SQL Database Server and languages.
• Integration Skills: EDI, Bank Standards, XML, Web Services, Workflow and Alerts.
• Experience with web-based technologies and networking concepts.
• Experience with XML-based messaging integration technologies.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience
• Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills & time management skills. 
• Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas. 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated.
• Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships. 
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
• Fluent in German language and English language is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel.
