Infor is recruiting a Vice President, Healthcare Consulting Services to lead our healthcare consulting practice within the Global Professional Services (GPS) organization. This executive role is responsible for overseeing service delivery, practice growth, customer success, and team leadership for our healthcare clients across North America.
The VP will champion the value of Infor’s cloud-based solutions by building trusted relationships, driving transformational outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
  • Lead a high-performing team of 120+ across the healthcare domain, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth; champion knowledge sharing and alignment to Infor’s values and leadership principles / values.
  • Define and execute strategic plans for practice growth, revenue targets, utilization, and client success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align service offerings with evolving customer needs.
  • Be an executive sponsor for major healthcare programs, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and long-term value realization; cultivating relationships with C-suite healthcare leaders to advise on digital transformation strategies and industry best practices.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, industry playbooks, and accelerators that streamline delivery excellence and elevate client outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including revenue performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and delivery quality.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in healthcare technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Deep domain experience in healthcare operations, finance, supply chain, and workforce management.
  • Experience growing consulting practices, managing large-scale implementations, and exceeding financial targets.
  • Ability to travel (25-40%).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient and caregiver experiences.
  • Experience leading through change, ambiguity, and transformation.
Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX, Alpharetta, GA)
