Opis i wymagania

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for net-new business development to State, Local and Education (SLED) & Utilities industries. The Senior Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans.  Account Manager will position Infor Cloud Suite ERP products in complex enterprise SLED & Utilities markets.  


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
  • Work with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
  • Develop value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
  • Establish, document and maintain communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling enterprise software systems.
  • Experience establishing and managing customer sales relationships.
  • Experience managing sales cycles.
  • Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
  • Experience working in a quota-based role.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
  • Willingness to Travel.
  • Experience selling into SLED or Utilities industry.

Location:  US Remote (Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN)
