Join our Manila team as a DevOps Engineer supporting an enterprise Configure Price Quote (CPQ) SaaS product. You’ll collaborate with US counterparts, drive automation, and strengthen production support for a cloud-first application.

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment 1
• Provide operational support for production environments, including incident response and scheduled maintenance
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Terraform
• Support containerization initiatives (Docker; Kubernetes knowledge a plus)
• Monitor system health using tools like Grafana, Sumo Logic, and JackDB
• Collaborate with application, framework, and test automation teams to improve processes and resolve deployment issues
• Regularly collaborate with US-Based team
• Participate in on-call rotation for deployments and production issues (not 24/7; US team covers night hours)
• Research and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

What You Will Need?

• 2–5 years DevOps or CloudOps experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, ALB/ASG, WAF, OpenSearch, ValKey)
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash (any of the three)
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts; Kubernetes familiarity is a plus
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring/log management tools (Grafana, Sumo Logic, JackDB) is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite 3x/week (flexible days) and participate in on-call rotation
