We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a focus on test automation. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our core platform, client libraries, and reporting tools. By developing robust test automation frameworks and collaborating across agile teams, they will help integrate quality into every phase of the development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency.

You will join the international Infor User Analytics team which is spread out in India, Sri Lanka, Sweden and the United States, thus giving you the opportunity to collaborate with Infor employees worldwide. A Day in Life Typically Includes:

As our Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a focus on test automation, your responsibilities will include:

·       Develop and maintain automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and integration across the core platform, client libraries, and reporting tools.

·       Implement appropriate test frameworks and tools to support efficient automated testing.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to integrate quality into every phase of the development cycle.

• Research and recommend tools that increase automation and improve testing efficiency.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Expertise in creating and managing test automation frameworks, especially using Selenium (Java).

·       Proven experience with API testing (e.g. Postman) and performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter)

·       Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating test automation tools.

·       Strong understanding of software development patterns, practices, and SDLC methodologies.

·       A contribution-motivated mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in QA for big data environments, including testing for data integrity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with AWS services, such as Redshift, S3, and QuickSight.
• Experience in security testing tools and methodologies, such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or similar tools.
