We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager (Existing and New Business) to join our operations in South Africa.  This is a remote office/hybrid role, but we would like someone in the Pretoria region ideally.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Infor ERP Sales Account Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for Infor ERP solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.

Direct and Co-Selling:
  • Manage both direct sales to customers and collaborate with strategic partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive joint sales initiatives.

Territory and Account Ownership:
  • Take ownership of a designated territory, developing a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Full Account Management:
  • Provide end-to-end account management, from initial contact through to successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Product Knowledge:
  • Stay current on industry trends and product developments related to Infor ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Infor ERP product suite and its value propositions.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, and support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the ERP software industry, with experience in Infor ERP preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, especially in a direct and partner-driven sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Microsoft ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proven experience of selling SaaS based ERP solutions.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Experience of leading opportunities to closure in the US$150-500K bracket.

Education and Experience:
  • Proven longevity and experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on ERP solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
