As a Consulting Practice Manager, you will manage the Anael TT services practice for a portfolio of projects in different countries.
The role includes practice management, people management, sales in coordination with the Software sales team, and delivery.
You will manage various aspects of the practice, including monitoring PS KPIs (utilisation, revenue, margin), recruiting, staffing and planning for success.
You will also support selling activities within the client base, maintaining strong relationships to create awareness and influence within clients or organisations.
The Manager ensures the quality of services delivered to assigned clients, participates in client engagements, leads and manages to achieve targeted revenue and profitability, and looks for opportunities to expand our solution footprint and services opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Include
· Manage a portfolio of software implementation managed by Project Managers and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
· Sell high-quality services projects by estimating, scoping, pricing and phasing projects and writing statements of work with the Sale Department.
· Participate in and deliver steering committee, communications, and support project management deliverables.
.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and IT personnel of customers.
· Participate in evolving our solution delivery process.
· Hire, retain, motivate and coach a team of project managers and consultants to expand a high-performing.
· Refine and monitor the Professional Services KPIs’s including Utilization, Services Revenue, Services Sales, and profit margin metrics to assess the success of the PS project teams as well as individuals
Your profile:
· Languages: French Native Speaker and Fluent in English
· Proven Professional Services experience implementing software for customers (like Anael TT)
. Previous experiences in Temporary Work ( Travail temporaire TT)
. Solid experience in project management
· Manage a P&L
· Results-oriented business leader
· Strong communication skills, both decision-making, judgment and analytical skills.
· Experience selling, developing and negotiating statements of work for professional services context.
.Knowledge of Anael TT would be a plus
· Ability to travel up to 50% within region
