We are seeking a motivated, curious, and tech-savvy intern to join our Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales) team in Dubai. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business consulting.

As a Solution Consulting Intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to support the pre-sales process, gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise software, and learn how technology addresses complex business challenges.

This internship will directly support the Innovation Center of Competence, which we are establishing in partnership with Zahid Group.

What You Will Do

• Learn and understand the Infor Velocity Suite, its core capabilities, and industry-specific relevance.
• Assist in customer onboarding and orientation to the Velocity bundle.
• Develop and deliver the Velocity Suite “pitch”, positioning it as a Value+ solution that drives customer impact.
• Gain an understanding of how emerging technologies and innovation from Infor provide competitive differentiation in specific industries.
• Participate in solution discovery, demo preparation, and customer engagements alongside senior Solution Consultants.
• Support the team with research, documentation, and insights to enhance customer understanding and solution fit.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in enterprise software, digital transformation, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• A basic understanding of cloud-based software, SaaS, or enterprise systems is a plus.
