In the role of principal business consultant, you work with customers to implement our CloudSuite Food & Beverage (or other industry segments)  and industry-standard processes from the sales phase into the delivery phase of the project. While our technology is an enabler for the customer to achieve business benefits, the industry knowledge and experience of our consultants is the key to success. We work in both national and international projects and you will be working in motivating environments with prestigious companies. The role requires travel but during these times it’s hard to define. 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Conduct business process walk through to determine all client process and data needs to address in project scope.
  • Design solution to align client business needs with standard CloudSuite application capabilities and our Implementation accelerators.
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Build/configure solution based on design, using iterations of prototypes, and testing to validate the solution.
  • Act as subject matter expert for applications to support Project Manager, technical resources, and other members of project team

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge within Food & Beverage (or other industry segments: Distribution, Manufacturing or Equipment)
  • 10+ years’ project experience of implementing Infor M3 or similar ERP Software.
  • Experience in implementing business systems - from the sales phase to project completion.
  • Business process knowledge within Supply Chain
  • Be able to communicate in speech and writing in both English and Swedish
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Customer-facing consulting experienced.
  • Reliability and deadline-driven approach 
  • Strong organizational skills & time management skills 
  • Experience of implementing Infor CloudSuite. Other ERP systems are also meritorious e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Jeeves, IFS, Visma or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with BI and combination with Infor’s CloudSuite.
