The Infor Cloud team is looking for a Cloud Consultant Principal (EMEA remote) that will assist in many of the day-to-day tasks critical to the team’s success. We share a passion for what we do and enjoy working together.
There are opportunities for the right person to participate in product development work. Duties will include documentation of applications and standards, maintenance of ticketing queues, general assistance with projects and troubleshooting activities.

As a Managed Services Finance Consultant, you will develop in-depth industry knowledge and be a subject matter expert in the Infor product suite(s), capitalizing that knowledge and skills to efficiently provide solutions to our customers and improve their business processes.
Managed Services team is looking for a Principal Cloud (Finance) Consultant to assist our European LN and M3 customers in many of the day-to-day tasks, which are critical to the team’s success.

Your Responsibilities Include:
· Continuously strive to provide best quality and timely service to our customers by meeting required Service Level Agreements and providing added-value updates to open cases.
· Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support client incidents, problems, and service requests.
· Responsible for understanding and analyzing customer requirements and drafting functional descriptions to resolve problems or evolve extensions.
· Work collaboratively with different work groups to provide solutions to address the needs/questions of key users and ultimately drive incidents to resolution within prescribed SLA.
· Work as an integral part of the customer service team by coordinating activities with internal relevant stakeholders - Customer Support, Product Development, Service Operations Manager, Consulting Services, and others.
Knowledge and Skills, you bring to the Organization:
· Excellent English skills (oral and written) and an additional EMEA language (preferably Spanish or Italian)
· Experience and understanding of Finance and overall industry Business Processes.
· Performance and troubleshooting skills (preferably in the IT sector).
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business Administration areas.
· Experience in supporting LN and M3 ERP related solution.
· Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation.
· Ability to present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong experience with Client Support and/or Incident Handling
· Knowledge and Exposure to ERP - Knowledge of both LN and M3 products Implementation/Support
· Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation.
· Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines assuring quality-of-service delivery.
· Additional EMEA languages are a plus (at least B1/B2).
