• This position involves working on software and technical consultancy.
• One of the essential responsibilities is to provide technical consultancy for Infor Hospitality products.
• The candidate must be willing to work in various time zones including late shifts according to business requirements.

Essential Duties:

• Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs.
• Model to-be business processes in the Infor application.
• Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application.
• You will work as an integral part of the Global ICS team – recommending innovations and process improvements that will make overall delivery more efficient.

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 6+ years of experience specializing in either support, development, or implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advance experience in development and support using the following: Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of databases: MS SQL Server.
• Strong business process understanding.
• Familiarity on remote support models and global clients is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in technical process analysis, design, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
• Must be collaborative to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
• Flexible to work in US shifts.
