The Field Ops Business Manager, Associate will play a crucial role within the Data Governance team, focusing on data associated with customer and prospect accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data processing and hygiene procedures. Responsibilities include managing data related to customer and prospect accounts, overseeing data processing workflows, and implementing strategies to maintain data quality standards. 

What You Will Need?
Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or Computer Science.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a Program Management role supporting sales teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft SQL databases, 
  • Familiarity or exposure to CRM solutions (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficiency in creating flowcharts and documenting processes to ensure clear communication and understanding of workflows.

  • Ability to gather and translate business needs into actionable insights to validate and support reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical skills, with the ability to analyze data, conduct research, and solve diverse data issues.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, capable of identifying and rectifying errors effectively.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software and tools, with highly developed PC skills.
  • Well-organized with strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex information.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Monitor and ensure the correct parent accounts and child account. 
  • Approve new accounts according to process to avoid duplication and bad data. 
  • Utilize DnB  to conduct research on account information 
  • Conduct regular reviews for Accounts Merging and Territory assignments
  • Review and update Revenue and Industry Overrides of accounts to ensure data is up to date.
  • Approve and assign Softrax IDs to new accounts.
  • Support in the transfer of accounts to maintenance team
  • Support in reassigning accounts and opportunities to the field representatives.
  • Conduct mass uploading of data for accounts, opportunities and territories.
  • Ensure adherence to the process according to the Service Level Agreements
  • Regular support and understanding of sales operations.
