Position Summary
A manager is responsible for guiding and directing his team to achieve success. With a focus on practice management and people management, this leader must excel in fostering internal collaboration and ensuring stellar delivery outcomes. A background in ERP, or enterprise applications consulting is crucial, along with a commitment to continuous innovation. In this role you will lead a team who will focus on analyzing business processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. This also includes collaboration with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, extracting and preparing data, and leveraging process mining tools to deliver actionable insights through visualizations and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver services that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee various aspects of the practice, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deliverables, utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for recruiting, staffing, and planning. Hire, retain, motivate, and coach a team of consultants to build a high-performing team. Provide mentoring and leadership to ensure team members are in the right roles and have opportunities to develop and maximize their contributions.
- Collaborate with Client Partners, Account managers, Solution Architects, Product and others to set scope, staffing, delivery and organization aspects of a new engagement.
- Manage escalations and provide oversight/guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure high quality of services are delivered to customers.
- Participate in client engagements and seek opportunities to expand our solution footprint and services.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Continuously innovate in service delivery, define and refine processes, implement best practice, ensure compliance with company policies and culture.
- Monitor a portfolio of software implementations managed by Project Managers/Directors, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Partners to sell high-quality services projects by estimating, scoping, pricing, and phasing projects, and writing statements of work.
- Participate in and deliver steering committee and other executive updates and communications, and support project management deliverables.
- Continuously innovate in service delivery, define and refine processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and culture.
Key Requirements/Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in professional services in the ERP software industry.
- Results-oriented business leader with a solid experience in team management, leading complex projects, and resolving issues.
- Experience in functional aspects of Enterprise Software with focus on continuous business process improvements, re-engineering initiatives and Operational excellence.
- A keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
- Experience in supporting sales, estimation and preparing statements of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Strong decision-making, judgment, and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science, Information systems, Data science etc.) or related field
