A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Solution Design: Take high level requirement summaries and work with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Requirements Management: Vertically slice deliverables into epics & stories using the most pragmatic slicing methodology.
  • User Stories: Write detailed development tickets such as user stories & Bugs with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Documentation: Write clear documentation to support functional and non functional releases to the business
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • User Journey Visualization: Create visuals that illustrate easy-to-understand user journeys.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for all changes you are responsible for, having a deep understanding of the why, what, and how.

  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in documenting requirements and user stories.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
