Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative guidance and assistance in a professional and organized manner directly to customers within the LN Logistics, Manufacturing and Service Modules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and determine how Infor LN can be configured to meet their needs.
• Participate with project implementation team for understanding on extensions development, analysis, design, implementation, testing of Infor LN Logistics, Manufacturing and Service Modules.
• Lead the Supporting Implemented process, including system configuration, testing, and training.
• Customize Infor LN modules to align with client requirements timely and industry best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest Infor LN features and enhancements to provide proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Provide customers with integration and industry expertise as well as “best practice” recommendations; act as an advisor to Infor customers regarding best practices and how to configure their Infor solution for making their processes and way of working more efficient.
• Design and configure efficient client business solutions.
• Be a team player, form a relationship with the customer at all levels and be able to drive a problem through to resolution.

Key Requirements/Experience: Logistics Consultant

• Minimum 4-5 years of Info LN Experience in Logistics Module.
• A Masters/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required. Equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Factory Supervision considered.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP solutions.
• Experience as an Implementation and support Consultant of LN Logistics Module.
• Complete understanding of Design, implement, and manage Infor LN logistics modules, including Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Supply Chain Management.
• Product knowledge of Infor LN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
• Ability to forge a strong relationship with the customer and become trusted advisor.
• Ability to present to all levels and lead a customer workshop, extracting the required information.
• Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and self-motivated.
• Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.

Preferred Skills:

• Infor LN Logistics certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with other Infor products and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS models.
• Freight knowledge will be added advantage.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP solutions.
• Experience as an Implementation and support Consultant of LN Manufacturing Module.
• Complete understanding of Design, implement, and manage Infor LN manufacturing modules, including Job shop, Subcontracting, PCS, repetitive, Planning and Assembly control.
• Product knowledge of Infor LN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
• Ability to forge a strong relationship with the customer and become trusted advisor.
• Ability to present to all levels and lead a customer workshop, extracting the required information.

• A Masters/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required. Equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Factory Supervision considered
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP solutions.
• Experience as an Implementation and support Consultant of LN Service and Logistics Module.
• Complete understanding and consulting knowledge on Details Service Module covering Call Management, Field Service, Depot Service, Claim Management.
• Product knowledge of Infor LN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
• Ability to forge a strong relationship with the customer and become trusted advisor.
• Ability to present to all levels and lead a customer workshop, extracting the required information.
