The Account Manager Senior is responsible for managing sales to achieve both company and personal quotas. This position shall identify and qualify new sales opportunities and execute an intelligent pursuit plan to sell ERP Software solutions to large enterprise organizations, while maintaining successful relationships with clients beyond the initial software sale. Main responsibilities include opening up new business in greenfield territory.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor Cloud Suite WMS value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Deliver the assigned revenue plan by executing an overall sales strategy based on solution selling process, involving Infor ecosystem (solution consultants, BDRs, Marketing, Technology, etc,). 
  • Develop the trusted advisor relationship with Key Customer and channels Executives to foster a sustainable partnership between both companies.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for Infor.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling ERP Software Solutions.
  • Experience managing executive level customer relationships.
  • Experience in selling solutions for enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Experience managing multiple sales cycles.
  • Experience as a contributor carrying individual quota.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large enterprise business processes.
  • Experience selling WMS and/or TMS Solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
