The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational efficiency for HRT and HRT Case Management by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and change management.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
