Infor is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Web Data Analyst to join our marketing analytics team. You’ll play a key role in analyzing website marketing data, building reports, and generating insights that drive decision-making across marketing and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in data analysis and a keen interest in digital marketing performance, tracking technologies, and website optimization.

A Day in The Life Typically Looks Like:

Analyze website and digital marketing performance data using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Looker Studio.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate trends, KPIs, and performance across marketing channels and website behavior.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the website.
Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and dev teams to identify opportunities for improved tracking, data collection, and performance measurement.
Propose and support the implementation of new tracking strategies, including event tracking, UTMs, and GA4 configuration updates.
Monitor the integrity and accuracy of data, and work to troubleshoot discrepancies or data issues.
Assist in creating documentation for dashboards, reporting processes, and data methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio.
Experience interpreting data to support marketing strategy.
Experience working with data sets, pivot tables, and visualizations.
Experience working with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid search, paid social, email).
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL or data querying tools.
Familiarity with tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
