Summary:

Support Infor’s global sales strategy by managing key sales tech tools, driving AI innovation like Copilot, enabling content governance, and reporting performance. Help scale best practices and boost productivity across sales and marketing teams.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Support the day-to-day use of sales tools like Outreach, SharePoint, Salesforce, Clari and ZoomInfo
  • Help drive AI adoption by supporting tools like Microsoft Copilot for sellers
  • Track tool usage and assist in preparing reports and dashboards
  • Organize and manage content libraries for easy access to sales materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enablement and training efforts
  • Contribute ideas to improve team workflows, automation, and best practices
  • Assist in planning and executing independent projects related to sales technology and process improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related business support role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, take ownership, and solve problems
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

·       Bachelor’s degree in English, technical communication, journalism, business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clari, and others.
  • Exposure to AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot is a plus
  • Bonus points for Excel knowledge (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data handling)
  • Experience with content platforms like SharePoint
  • Interest in automating manual processes or improving workflows
  • Ability to work with teams across time zones and cultures
