The Account Manager will be responsible for growing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) revenue through identifying opportunities to add value through enabling smart manufacturing initiatives within our existing customer accounts in the United States. Your role is to build relationships at a senior level, while creating and executing intelligent pursuit plans. You will need to be able to clearly articulate the value that a manufacturing execution system brings to modern manufacturing businesses.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
- Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Generate consistent quarterly quota achievement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise manufacturing businesses in the US.
- Experience negotiating to establish and manage executive level customer relationships.
- Experience managing sales cycles simultaneously working in a team-selling environment.
- Experience growing install base accounts in a quota driven role.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Manage forecast and pipeline whilst following MEDDPICC philosophy.
- Experience presenting to all levels within an organization.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with enterprise business processes.
- Experience selling MES products.
- Willingness to Travel.
