Our team thrives on creativity, technology, and collaboration. We are currently looking to expand our learning product development team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead, Learning Designer to join our team in crafting exceptional learning experiences supporting high-quality training programs aimed at improving skills, knowledge, and performance in Infor products. This position is based in the Infor Hyderabad office with no travel requirement. This is a Team Lead role with individual contributor expectations, while leading a team of Learning Designers as part of a career path leading to management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and acquire product content and knowledge through active listening and source material review
• Understand, organize, and integrate this product information to design and develop effective and engaging learning assets
• Write learning content using a variety of course authoring tools
• Learn and develop additional skills as needed, including new tools, new design approaches, etc.
• Complete project management tasks such as updating Jira stories, scheduling, and submitting content or review, etc. 
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partner with other departments, including, product development, and engineering to gather content and ensure technical accuracy in the learning
materials
• Track and report progress on learning design projects to senior management, identifying risks or delays and proposing solutions
• Ensure the quality of learning materials through thorough review and feedback processes.
• Balance projects and divide time in being both an individual contributor (50%) and team lead (50%) for a small group of Learning Designers
• By participating in onboarding and continuous education and enablement, you will become a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned  Infor Cloudsuite, ultimately achieving and maintaining Infor Certified Professional status

Required skills:
• Mastery in English language (both spoken and written) with the ability to pass a standard written English proficiency exam
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles such as ADDIE, SAM, Agile, LLAMA, etc
 • Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand and synthesize complex information to develop effective learning assets
 • Excellent content development and writing skills, focusing on creating high-quality educational materials
• Emerging leadership skills with a focus on team development and individual growth
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward to completion
• Flexibility to overlap work hours with US business hours to succeed in a virtual global team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years related experience, demonstrating a history of contribution and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success in developing content in Digital Adoption Platforms, as well as eLearning authoring tools - showcasing expertise, innovation, and proficiency.
• Experience in developing training content for technical software applications and corporate initiatives.
• Demonstrated skills with rapid development, including ability to leverage GenAI tools and capabilities.
• Experience using Jira for project management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, delivering content that meets predefined standards and adapting instructional delivery to various audiences.
• Experienced project ownership with multiple contributors where you facilitated team performance through goal setting, team dynamics, resolved conflicts constructively, and promoted inclusive collaboration.
