Responsible for managing IMS contract and it's service pillars, implement according to project management agile principles, apply best practices using ITIL framework to ensure successful execution of contracts and deliverables.

Essential Duties

The Service Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing the provision of services included in the Infor IMS agreements with customers. This involves implementing and administering the services in line with the company's policies (IMS SIPOC: Supplier – Input – Process – Output - Customer) and procedures, such as Service Pillars – Business Application Support (BAS), Extension Lifecycle Management (ELM), Release Impact Management (RIM), Application Administration (AA), Solution Monitoring (SoMo), Automated Testing Services (ATS), as well as adhering to best practices of service delivery, such as ITIL v4. The number of customers under the manager's portfolio depends on the type of governance and complexity of the contract. Project Management guidelines such as Agile or Prince should also be followed.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate should be graduate of any degree
Fluent in English both written and verbal
With ERP application background
A thorough understanding and practical experience of corporate business practices, as well as strong analytical skills or specialized knowledge in a particular field. Additionally, a firm grasp of the fundamental principles of contract management
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, client-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong drive for personal development
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
Ability to comprehend and adhere to directives from direct supervisor and interact effectively with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

With operations management and incident management experience
ITIL Certified and has project management experience
With ERP application background
