Description & Requirements

The Enterprise Resource Planning Project Manager will coordinate and monitor billable projects from initiation through delivery. Works as a consulting team member on for-fee product creation, enhancement, or integration projects. Serve as liaison between the company and client to ensure targets and requirements are met. Ensure billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Typically reports to a Service Director. Experience in the areas of software implementation or lead/Senior Business Consulting for software implementations. Duties are often performed at the customer’s site. Responsible for billable projects from initiation through delivery.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Project Execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain project profitability through effective resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliation, and approval of expenses and time reports.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving.
  • Identify potential issues and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure smooth communication across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed status reports on project progress, deliverables, and challenges.


Basic Requirements:

  • ERP Project Management experience.
  • Industry experience in ERP implementation within Healthcare or the Public Sector.
  • Expertise in Healthcare or Public Sector ERP projects.
  • Experienced in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-location, or multi-tenant ERP projects.
  • Travel as needed up to 50%.


Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • ERP software implementation/consulting experience.
  • Infor/Lawson S3 software experience.
  • Experience in full cycle projects where the responsible budget was $1–3 million.


Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX and Alpharetta, GA)
