Description & Requirements

The Business Analyst role is to bridge the gap between business needs and ERP technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business processes and system requirements to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance specifically within the M3 BE Supply Chain Planning (SCP).

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business processes and the ERP.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Gather, analyze and investigate the business requirements related to M3 BE SCP
  • Design solutions and create test plans to ensure the final implementation meets defined business requirements
  • Product maintenance and support activities
  • Investigate, validate and provide resolution for reported bugs
  • Conduct various testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and performance testing for assigned tasks


What You Will Need:

  • Business analyst with 3 to 4-year experience
  • Supply Chain Planning process experience
  • ERP experience


What Will Put You Ahead?

·       Good to have technical skills such as SQL, Java or other related programming language
